Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

My order never arrived. What should I do?
Please check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking number and review the delivery status. If your package appears lost or stolen, we recommend contacting USPS directly to file a report. You may also reach out to us for additional guidance.
Can I return or exchange skincare products?
Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
The product I want is out of stock. Will it be available again?
