Shipping and Returns
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories) and Canada.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed.
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $50 to addresses within the United States (Including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories). Orders with free standard shipping will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
Items ordered and paid for will ship within 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is USPS, and occasionally UPS and FedEx. We kindly ask that you allow 3-7 business days for standard shipping.
Once the package has left LEKKO Aesthetics and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors, or other unforeseen shipping courier related delays.
If a package is marked as delivered, but is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount. We are not responsible for personal damages to the item. It the item has been stolen, spilled, dropped, used incorrectly, etc, we cannot refund or accept a return.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands take 6-8 business days. Next day shipping or expedited shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands.
USPS $20. Allow 7-10 business days.
We are not responsible for packages being delivered by third party shipping services as well as the contents of the delivery once it has arrived to its original destination.
Once payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, no changes can be made.
We want you to love your LEKKO Aesthetics purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. We recommend that you utilize a shipping service with tracking or you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your item(s). The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle or jar in order to qualify for the return. Once the return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you it was received. We will also notify you if the return is approved. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the credit card or original form of payment with 7-10 business days.
Only full priced items may be refunded.
